The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Situated at the foot of the South Downs in the historic town of Lewes, you will find our cosy studio. This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Spacious, self-contained, well-equipped, one-bedroom garden annex in a quiet part of Lewes. We are 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and Lewes station, and 5 minutes to the South Downs. Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our recently refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

It has an enclosed garden to the rear with a nautical theme as well as off road parking. It is maintained to a very high standard. Lewes has its own cinema, brewery and a castle with scenic views across Sussex and the River Ouse. Great local walks. 7 miles from Brighton.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
