Im Badezimmer mit Wanne und Regendusche entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Auch im Winter ist es dank Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung so richtig gemütlich. I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
