Please note: Bathroom is open to the bedroom. I live in a little cottage next to the house so will be around 😎 Animals have the right of way here! SPEED LIMIT IS 30KM/H. Please be vigilant of little animals in the road! Bushbabies live in the house and have right of way ☝🏼 Even with all their little poopies!

Cozy tree-top getaway

Located against the dramatic backdrop of the Wolkberg Mountains, our rustic and cozy wooden treehouse cabin is the perfect secluded spot in nature. Just 15km out of Haenertsberg, and directly on the R528, it is perfect for a weekend of relaxation or adventuring on the mountain. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Groot Letaba river and wake up to bird calls from our resident Green Turaco. The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. The Loft is an exclusive romantic hideaway, perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. It is a luxuriously appointed suite hidden in the forest with exquisite views over the forest and dam. This enchanting space features a bedroom, stylish living area, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom as well as a private deck. The king size 4 poster bed, high ceilings, French shutters and roaring fireplace create the perfect ambiance for those who want to get away from it all.

Waterwood's Isolated Tent, for the bush lover recluse. This remote tent will appeal to the avid nature adventurer. Enjoy the freedom of the bush whether on foot or mountain bike. Relax on the deck or sit around the fire pit while watching the game drift by. Solar powered lights, and a hot shower are a few of your limited comforts, as a bush lover enthusiast. Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.
