Useful in so many ways! The main level of the house boasts a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The open air great room has vaulted ceilings and an adjacent kitchen equipped with all you'll need to make your own meals. You can watch Direct TV or watch DVDs as you cook. Just off from the kitchen and through the French doors is a large screened porch with a table for eating and playing games. A propane grill stands ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. Upstairs on the second level is the master bedroom ~ Suite Dreams. It has a king size bed, cozy chair to curl up in and private screened porch with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and there is a stocked coffee station, microwave and a mini fridge. There is a wall mounted TV and numerous DVDs to enjoy. The house is equipped with strong wifi on all levels.

HTC has a whole house automatic generator so no worries about the ice melting if the power happens to go out.

At Bonefish Bluff, you’ll wake up to a breathtaking view overlooking the bonefish flats and Sea of Abaco. Enjoy coffee and homemade coconut bread on the screened porch watching birds wading below. Beautiful Gillam Bay is a short walk or golf cart ride, so it’s easy to spend the day or run down for a quick swim or sunset walk on the beach. It’s also an easy walk or “cart” into town for groceries, a bite to eat, some ice cream, or just to walk through the quaint streets.

Maranatha Cottage, Green Turtle Cay - Harbour View

Bright, breezy, coastal cottage located in the main village of New Plymouth. Originally built in the late 1860s but completely renovated and modern. Situated on the main shore road with a view of the beautiful harbour. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches. Air conditioned throughout, main bed and bath downstairs, second bedroom (twin beds, air mattress or convertible to a King upon request.) with full shower and bathroom upstairs.

Robin's nest is 1900 square feet under air and 1,100 square feet of decking. There is a small dock on the property, great for watching sunsets, snorkeling and swimming. The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach.

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
