Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.
