The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Lake Front Apartment at The Moss & Magnolia House

Come relax at the lake. This newly renovated efficiency apartment surrounded by moss draped magnolias is nestled away on tranquil Dykes Pond. With water on two sides, a babbling brook and full lake access it’s perfect for watching fish and other wildlife, swimming or kayaking. There’s a dock for fishing or for just enjoying the lake view. The apartment, in a multi unit house, is just for you. A tandem kayak is available for your use. Only 8 min to I-75, 19 min to Wild Adventures, VSU, & SGMC

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! KT's Cabin is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or just a getaway, we hope you will find our cabin's accommodations more than satisfactory and relaxing. Coffee, Tea, and Bottled water are complimentary. Extra blankets for your comfort. Enjoy grilling while relaxing by a campfire. Wood and charcoal are provided. Wifi included with your stay as well as Smart TV.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

3 Miles from I75 exit 414 .studio apartment w/ porch over barn. Fire pit with wood available. Grill. Hammock swings under oaks. Stalls available. Close to riding/hiking trails in O'leno State Park. Close to springs for tubing/kayak/canoe. Ichetucknee Spring State Park, Ginny Springs, ++. Also 15 minutes from Santa Fe River and paddling/kayak/canoe rentals . Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
