Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. You’ll pass huge granite outcrops and wind through the hill country to arrive at one of Texas’ prettiest rivers…the Llano. The house has been completely remodeled and has all new luxury finishes and linens. There are 2 outside areas to watch for wildlife or enjoy a meal with a view.

The Packsaddle

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.
