Hidden deep within the Dyfi Forest on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is our unique, off grid cabin. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Afonfa - Riverside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. Cosy Welsh cottage adjacent to Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) with views over the mountains and beyond. Ideally placed for walking and relaxing and enjoying the lake facilities nearby. The stunning Llangower lake shore is less than 5mins walk where you will find toilet facilites, parking (although not needed as you are close enough to walk) picnic area and a lovely atmosphere all year round. Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.
