Cape Cod Cottages are located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North. You can rent boats to try crabbing from Dock of the Bay or McKinley’s Oregon Coast Marina, and at low tide, you can go clamming in the mud near the bridge. The quant town of Yachats is a few miles to the South, with great restaurants, and a beautiful rocky coastline full of tidepools at low tide. The Newport Aquarium is 30 minutes to the North, and you can explore the Sand Dunes 45 minutes to the south by foot, rented ATV, or guided tour. Need space for family & friends? Misty Meadows Retreat

Rustic mother-in-law cottage connected by a breezeway to the main house. This quaint cottage is a studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette with microwave, hotplate, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. Cable TV and internet, located on 6 acres just 1 mile from the historic Taft district which boasts several restaurants, shopping, the Jennifer Sears Glass Studio where you can watch and make your own glass floats, and of course the beach! And by the way...we are dog friendly!!!

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
