Our home is in a close knit residential area with superb pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk away, as well as many other local attractions. The next day, grab a train to Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus in around 30 mins and enjoy the city. Wood Street Overground is a 6 minute walk, Walthamstow Central is 15 minutes

The 1st-floor landing is shared with one lodger who lives above and is mostly away. I live downstairs with my daughter and we never go upstairs while hosting, so your privacy is respected.
