Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

In our back garden an independent guest annex. The room has its own entrance at the back, privacy glass at the front & a comfy bed. The space is heated and comfortable. It has Internet a TV , small fridge, & microwave. We have a delicious cafe 3 minutes walk away opposite Sainsbury's plus Earlsfield station is a 5 minute walk. Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
