You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. The Hemingway Suite in Casa de La Mar is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment. The space features a massive great room with its own bar, a fully stocked kitchen, and two balconies with views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Giganta mountains. The massive master suite has a California king bed, incredible en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full-size beds bringing the units capacity to 6 guests.

Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.
