Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb.

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. Very private yet steps away from the town wharf and other attractions, shopping and restaurants. Includes wifi, smart TV with Netflix. The maximum number of guests permitted in this space is 2. No children or pets.

Our lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the harbor, is right on Water Street, Eastport's main street, and is easy walking distance from restaurants, shops, ferry ( not working during summer 2018, we're really hoping it returns in 2019!), library, pier...everything! It has a full kitchen, living room with amenities. Our bed linens are 100% cotton, washed in hypoallergenic detergent, and "air-dried" in the fresh Eastport salt-air.
