Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå med egen ingång, hall, badrum och sovrum. Det finns inte kök, men det finns en liten kyl, micro, vattenkokare och enklare husgeråd. Det finns gatuparkering precis utanför huset. Vi bor i lägenheten bredvid. Det är en innerdörr mellan lägenheterna men den är blockerad och bra isolerad så det är inte så lyhört mellan lägenheterna. Mysigt och prisvärt boende!
