Welcome to Hersey Hideaway, the perfect place to relax on the Muskegon River! Get on the river, soak in the luxurious hot tub, stargaze, or enjoy evenings by the fire. In the summer, access a detached bunkhouse, blackstone grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Explore biking and hiking the White Pine Trail or enjoy ORV trails. Big Rapids is a 25 min drive for restaurants, groceries, & breweries. Plenty of amazing day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Caberfae, and Lake Michigan!

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Well over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan.

Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space- Pond View

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Private cabin situated on 3 acres. 1 bed/1 bath. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the living area is furnished with a daybed plus two recliners, and a queen size air mattress is avail. Guests often opt for cooking outdoors on the open flame or under the griddle patio shelter. The firepit is wonderful for making memories under the stars. From this cabin you won't need to trailer your toys to the trailhead. An off-road adventurers dream.

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Located in Tustin, Michigan, just 10 miles south of Cadillac. Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

We have plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and you can ride right from rental to the amazing trail system plus we are five minutes from The Pine River. Year round fishing, hunting, trail riding, snowmobiling, and hiking. Fenced in dog run. Pets welcome. Sleeps four with the option of six. Air mattress and futon available.
