Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat is can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Riverside Retreat

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
