A cosy apartment located at the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The living room is facing south and west which makes it very bright. It’s a 3-room apartment, 71 m2, converted to 2 rooms. The double bed is in connection with the living room. A single bed, adult size, is placed in the child room as well as a desk. In the kitchen there is a small desk and a stool. Private washing machine and a drying room is placed in the basement. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults + a child.

Vores skønne stuelejlighed i havnebyenTaarbæk, ligger tæt på både Dyrehaven og Øresund, som begge kan nåes på gå-ben. En lille stikvej langs huset fører til havnen og badebro. Den røde port (Taarbæk port) med indgang til Dyrehaven nåes til fods på 5 minutter. Med 2 km. til Klampenborg station, kan man være i København indenfor 20 min. Boligen ligger ved siden af en lille lokal købmand samt en skøn legeplads. Vi har to oppustede paddleboards hængende på bagsiden af huset som man frit kan benytte.

Flot udsigt 20 min. fra Købehavn

Centralt beliggende i Lyngby, med kort afstand til Lyngby Sø, DTU, Lyngby centrum og kun 5 min til toget, hvorfra det tager 15 min. til Købehavn. Fantastik udsigt fra altanen på 7. sal (elevator). Lejligheden indeholder stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og massere af skabsplads, stue med god sovesofa til 2 voksne, dejligt køkken-alrum med nyt hvidt køkken, og ikke mindst dejlig altan med udsigt over de grønneområder omkring Lyngby og Bagsværd Sø. Safe environment. Beautiful forrests surround Søllerød. Basic shopping within the area. Close to public transportation. Can be shared by a family or by 3-4 people (sharing a Queen size bed😊) Please notice! My cat stays in the appartment. He has his own entrance, but must be fed every day😊

Tæt på 3 supermarkeder, 4 lækre bagere, is-og chokoladeforretninger samt spændende butikker på Ordrupvej og Jægersborg Allé.
