It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

L’appartamento, che gode di tutti i comfort, dista 10" a piedi dal centro e dal supermercato. La spiaggia Punta Nera è sotto casa mentre Punta Tegge dista 15" a piedi.
