The flat is very near to the seaside, only 2 minutes walking. The minibus street and Marmaray train, buses are only 5 minutes away. There r a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The aria is very quiet, peaceful. Our flat is on the second floor with no elevator. We have 2 bedrooms with a double and a single bed plus a sofa you can sleep on in the living room. No smoking inside, but on the balkony, where we have a table and chairs. We speak in Turkish, Hungarian, English, Italian, French

Harika , temizliğe önem verilen, kullanışlı bir dairedir. Ayrıca metroya 7,8 dk yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için marmaraya ve buradan İstanbul un her yerine ulaşım çok rahattır. İstenirse 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde otobüs de kullanılabilir. Bina 3 katlı sakin bir yapıdadır. Dairemiz giriş.kattadır , semt olarak havası temizdir ve sessiz bir semttir. Bunun yanında her türlü ulaşıma yakın olması avantajlı vardır. Dairede 2 adet çift kişilik yataklı oda ve 1 banyo 1 küçük tuvalet vardır.

My home in Asian side in the Kartal, Location is very good and safety place. On foot to go metro just 8 min and shopping mall just 5 min. So you can reach anywhere very easy. Also you can take a taxi, bus or metro for europen side, close to Princess ısland, kadiköy, Marmara, Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Kartal pier
