The Modern Farmstead is a home designed for families and group getaways, located on a shared property fully dedicated to Airbnb stays. ‼️An attached guest house on the property is also an Airbnb‼️ Each unit has its own private entrance, with no shared interior spaces or interior access between units, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while staying on the same property. Parking is shared between both units. This Airbnb has three reserved parking spots look for the parking signs on the fence .

The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. One dog considered with a fee. The cabin sleeps 4 guests (2 adults comfortably and 2 children) and is located in the middle of our 1,100 acre working cattle ranch. Step outside and you are right on the Myakka River and can sit by the fire-pit at night and enjoy the sounds of nature. While your visiting, enjoy a kayak down the Myakka River.
