It sleeps 6 with the first bedroom having a king bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The living room has a pull out double size sleeper bed. The condo is only steps to miles of sugar sand beaches and has a large heated pool and hot tub next to entrance to room. There is a trolley that runs thru island. the condo has 2 bikes for your use .

This ground-floor condo is perfectly located one block from the beach and only 350 steps to the sand. With direct pool access from the lanai and the free AMI trolley just a minute away, everything you need is right outside your door. From a well equipped kitchen to a beach shed with ample beach equipment you can settle in quickly to enjoy your holiday. Pool heated in winter (approx 85F). This is dependant on the ambient weather.

My Sunny Mobile Home is located within a 2 min. walk from the Palma Sola Bay right across from Anna Maria Island. Sit and enjoy the views on the little beach right on the bay. 5 min. drive to the most beautiful Gulf beaches. Watch the dolphins swim and relax on the beach. Snorkeling, fishing and great restaurants near by. Very quiet neighborhood with houses and mobile homes and close to everything for a relaxing vacation.
