The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 02:00 A.M until 07:00 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period.
