Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Der Ort liegt 8 Km von Maria Alm und 14 Km von Saalfelden entfernt. Weitere Orte in der Nähe: Zell am See ist in 30 Minuten nach 28 Km und Dienten am Hochkönig nach 7 Km in 10 Minuten erreicht. Hinterthal liegt am Ende eines Tales und es besteht im Winter ein direkter Anschluss an die Hochkönig – Skischaukel mit 33 Liftanlagen und 120 Pistenkilometern. Schneesicher von Weihnachten bis Ostern. 40 Km gespurte Loipen in der Umgebung lassen auch das Herz eines Langläufers höher schlagen.

At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amade“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.
