Think of Tutti as a stylish cozy glamping experience. A refurbished vintage 1979 Rambler trailer that makes camping way easier and more comfy. She has water, electricity, beds and a dinette. There are outdoor chairs, a firepit and a covered deck. Tutti has a private outhouse & an outdoor shower. Tutti is located on a working horse farm where you can book trail rides, hike trails, and visit an on-site Day Spa. The cabin sits on the edge of a scenic wooded area on our 40 acre property. Our location features a beautiful waterfall, wooded trails and a spectacular starry sky. The property is situated between Kingston and Belleville, 15 minutes north of Napanee. Nearby are wineries, hiking trails and the Sandbanks.

Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. Well cared for pets and their responsible owners are welcomed!

The Sugar Shack

Very comfortable & very private cabin, set in the Pine trees. You feel as though you are camping but with all the comforts of a cozy cabin. The lighting system is 12 V. Also has a 12 V. socket for charging phones. Excellent spot to hone your bushcraft skills!! Also an excellent winter get away, cabin is very warm and cozy with the Jotul woodstove for warmth. (must have woodstove experience). We are sorry but we do not allow dogs or cats due to hair allergies.
