This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for groups of eight or families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, beautiful mountain peaks, and tall trees. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. Lower patio has chairs for sitting out and enjoying the green therapy of summer. Located 4 miles from Palmer this home and the surrounding yards are spacious, peaceful, beautiful and sure to please.

The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 5 minutes from the airport. Great launch pad for all the Alaskan adventures on your bucket list. Relax in this lovely updated space. Enjoy the fenced in yard with beautiful gardens and a large deck with BBQ. Warm up next to the fireplace in your private living room with a large sectional couch for your whole crew to stretch out on. The unit has a kitchenette for preparing light meals.

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.
