Room has mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven as well as amenities for coffee and tea. Guest WIFI is high speed. Roku TV for streaming. Free street parking.

Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Our guest ADU is a cozy, private studio (12' x 20'), with lots of natural light, 2 skylights, garden view, and attached patio/deck. Includes free Level-2 EV charger usage. Quiet, heated, a/c, lots of amenities, incl. wifi, cableTV, coffee, mini-fridge, & micro-wave. Close to Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and U of O Campus. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Brand new construction in the heart of Corvallis! You will love this private bungalow surrounded by blueberry bushes and a unique outdoor living space. Inside, you'll find a large open concept living room and kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful glass tile backsplash. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two while the private bedroom has a queen size bed. Gorgeous tile in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your use.

Guest Cottage

We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

Beautiful upstairs guest house with separate entrance above detached garage in a quiet neighborhood. Located in the Gateway area of Eugene/Springfield, close to I-5 and Riverbend Hospital. The space has one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette area with microwave, single countertop burner, and mini-fridge. Cable TV and WiFi. An additional queen size cabinet bed is in the living room area and can be used upon request. Off-street parking. NO SMOKING OR VAPING PLEASE.

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
