Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Op loopafstand van ijselmeer en stadscentrum. Incl gebruik 2 kano’s en motorboot. Nieuwe (unieke) eetkeuken en mooie frisse badkamer. Tweepersoons boxspring en een comfortabele bedbank. Een panoramisch raam met uitzicht over landerijen en ijselmeer. Terras aan water met gezellige zitjes. WiFi! Unieke plek aan open vaarwater en veel natuur!

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Hier ben je boer(in) op een akkerbouw- en vleesveebedrijf. De ultieme plek voor een paar nachten uit de drukte, waarin je een sfeervolle woning ter beschikking hebt. Je ervaart de rust van het landelijk gebied, al zul je de koeien, kippen, varkens en machines wel horen en zien. Eigen aardappels, uien en eieren zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen, naar voorraad. Verblijf op een unieke locatie net buiten Amsterdam! Deze gerenoveerde ruime woning in Landsmeer biedt comfort voor 9 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers (boven), 3 douches (beneden) , 2 wc’s (beneden) en een tuin. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. This property is located on a site that is partly privately rented (and partly offered through Dormio Resort).
