La conexión con el transporte público es muy buena, por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente a las ciudades de Zúrich, Zug y Lucerna. El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio y el lago está a tiro de piedra. Allí se encuentran el Badi, una cancha de voleibol de playa y instalaciones de entrenamiento. The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.
