Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Enjoy the Finnish nature in this quiet and peaceful red cabin. 45 km from Rovaniemi. And only 100 km to Kittilä and 120 km to Levi. If you love nature and silence, the right place for you and your family. On dark autumn and winter evenings if you are lucky you can spot northern lights directly form the yard. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a remote workstation and a spacious living room. Also, there is free parking for the guest in front of the cottage.

Kohde sijaitsee Meltauksen kylässä n. 60 kilometriä Rovaniemeltä pohjoiseen. Mökissä on viihtyisä ja tilava oleskelutila. Makuutilat parvella n. 5 hlölle. Saunoa voit miellyttävissä löylyissä puulämmitteisessä saunassa. Pihalla oma nuotiopaikka. Ounasjoki virtaa 500m päässä. Autolla pääset suoraan pihaan. Kauppa ja bensa-asema 3 km. Bussipysäkki 200m.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.
