Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. A 15 minute walk to cafes, chemist, laundromat and hotel.

The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

Smiths Lake is a coastal village approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney within the beautiful Great Lakes District. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.
