Nishi-Izu is one of the place has not been explored and developed in Izu Peninsula, so beautiful nature is still there. The Guest House Japan Nishi-Izu villa is built on the high ground and you can enjoy the spectacular view of Suruga-Bay, Cape Osezaki and Mt. Fuji which was drawn in Ukiyoe by Hokusai Katsushika. The villa has a large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a bathroom with shower and a hot water bath-tab. 2 double beds are set in each bedroom. BBQ deck is also available.

田牛の山の中に位置する一軒家です。 100メートル以内にご近所がいない為、プライベートな空間をお楽しみ下さい。 木の温もりを感じるインテリア。自然体な柔らかい照明。海を感じるフォト。両側が川に挟まれた土地で、小川のせせらぎと鳥のさえずりを聴きながら、ゆっくりとした時の流れを感じて頂けます！ バーベキュー台は用意してありますが、炭は各自でご持参ください。 また、当宿は豊かな自然の中にあるため、虫は出ます。できる限り対策をしておりますが、自然と共存する環境であることをご理解いただければ幸いです。 海からも遠くなく、歩いて10分ほどで田牛海水浴場に行くことが出来ます。車で5分ほどの吉佐美エリアには、白浜が美しい吉佐美大浜海水浴場があり、おしゃれなカフェやレストランが並んでいます。 サーフレッスンなどが行われている多々戸浜、入田浜までは車で10分弱です。波が優しい為サーフィンだけでなく海水浴場としても人気です。

There are Face towel,bath towel,toothbrush,Toner,,,etc. We provide for you parasol , body board, sled for sand skiing, outdoor chairs, cooler box, cot for baby. A 5-minute drive from house to the Ryugu Cave and sand skiing spot of Geo spot!

ファミリーで宿泊するのに、最適な宿泊施設です。最大6名様までご宿泊可能で、人数追加料金はございません。コンセプトは「暮らすように泊まる」。レトロな日本家屋は、日本情緒がたっぷりです。高台に立地し、三方向が窓なので、下田公園、下田港、下田市街地が、まるでお城からの眺めのように一望できます。特に夕景は絶景です。市街地にあり、食事や温泉銭湯、スーパー、郵便局、コンビニ、観光名所のペリーロードも徒歩圏内です。伊豆七島への船乗り場や釣りの名所「犬走り島」にも歩いていける上、下田海中水族館もほど近いです。伊豆急下田駅からは徒歩15分。受付、チェックインは、徒歩5分のNPO法人伊豆in賀茂6「たるや」（下田市三丁目1-23）になります。駐車場は徒歩2分の場所に1台分があります。階段を上った高台に位置していますので、車椅子の対応はできません。また重い荷物の持ち運びは、やや難儀です。
