Woodsmoke Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by countryside, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' within easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.

The Little House is a charming 2 bed cottage right in the centre of Minster High Street. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room, while upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built in oven and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are small but perfectly formed, both would delight George Clarke, while the bathroom has a 1.5m bath plus shower over.

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
