“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We have 2 kayaks available for rent. 20/day per kayak. Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
