The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Einige Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei und für eine Trainingsrunde ist innert 2 Minuten ein Sport-Parcours im Wald zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Alltägliche befinden sich in Speicher und Teufen, die Stadt St. Gallen ist mit dem Auto in 10min erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft führt über eine Waldstrasse - im Winter 4x4 oder den 10-minütigen Fussweg

Die Küche (Mikrowelle & Kaffeemaschine) wird Werktags (08:00 - 17:00) auch von unserem Notar genutzt, der sein Büro im vorderen Teil der Immobilie hat. (Direkter Zutritt von der privaten Tiefgarage aus, wo ein Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung steht).

St. Gallen zentral und gemütlich

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

Appenzell ist nur 5km entfernt und St.Gallen 12km.
