We are dog friendly, pet fee $100 per stay. Only steps away from the water and perfectly set up for your fur baby. Ready for your family getaway!

The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf waters are just a 3-5 minute walk with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.
