With Llandudno/Conwy/snowdon national park/zip world a short drive away, and National Trust sights nearby, there is plenty to do for all tastes. The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

My place is a beautiful ground floor apartment with sea views. The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.
