Lovely old small stone cottage recently renovated to a high standard, located in a quiet hamlet within easy reach of the Wye Valley, Hereford and the Marches, Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean. The cottage is surrounded by woodland and nature with walks in every direction from your doorway. The village is accessed from a single track lane and is very rural and peaceful, yet only 4 miles from Monmouth. There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. Welcome to our converted stone barn in the Monnow Valley. This rural retreat offers picturesque views of meadows, trees, and hills. Inside, you will discover a spacious living area with an open layout and a few *steps* down to the living room. The patio windows allow plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have *sloping* ceilings. (Sorry no dogs)

The Annex Cottage - A country hideaway

Beautiful , private accommodation in part of our home with stunning views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen sized bed in the second . The bathroom has both a bath & a shower. The cosy sitting room has a log burning stove and a door to the shared garden. We provide a loaf of home made bread and marmalade plus butter, home made marmalade & jam, milk, tea and coffee. The Hall Inn pub is just 200 yards away and a short drive to Usk and Raglan and the Brecon Beacons
