The Butler House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A half mile to the interstate via Well Rd. Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Restaurants and new WM sports complex less than 2 miles away! I have a 12x40 unit behind the house with 2 hotel type rooms available for renting as well. NO TRAILERS (no available parking for trailers) These guests have their own space and do not have access to the house. The driveway is shared. Parking for the house is directly in front of house.

Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
