Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. The unit is available for 30 days stay at the time. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom. If you have specific dates in mind lmk. In winter months we provide a portable heater.

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
