Studio 2 pièces de 26 m2 (1890) , pour 1 personne. Charme de l'ancien,peut être pas parfait dans les petits détails ,mais plein d'amour 💓 2eme ét SANS ASCENSEUR . La salle de bain est petite !!! (micro douche et micro lavabo) 😁 Très bien situé , desservi (métro gaité /RER Denfert Rochereau /gare Montparnasse ) Idéal comme pied à terre . Sympa: Rue Daguerre juste à côté (restos cafés )+rue de la gaité (théâtres restos ). Respect des lieux et bienveillance sont les impératifs😊🙏
