Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Gorgeous views of the rapids upstream and Mt. Kineo downstream. Tube down the river, kayak or stand up paddle board from the nearby small boat/canoe input. Tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.
