There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

We’ve made sure the house is warm and dry and has modern conveniences and appliances, including high speed WiFi (gigabit internet). There is off-street parking. Linens/towels, etc. provided. The house is on a grassy section with good privacy, and is a short walk to a well stocked convenience store as well as the Frasers Gully Recreation reserve for a nature recharge. There is a trundle bed available for guests with a small child.
