You will find lots of amenities for an enjoyable stay, while allowing the opportunity to unwind and relax. There is fast wifi (200 Mbps) if you need to stay connected.

Settle in & relax! Our condo is located right on the Three Nines Golf Course in Welches, Oregon. There's limitless fun to be had in the Mt. Hood forest and surrounding wilderness areas. Just a short drive up the mountain is multiple ski resorts offering world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing... the list goes on! When you're all done for the day, cozy up by the wood-burning fire place in the winter, or open the back slider in the summer and watch the golfers and wildlife.

Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located about 1/4 mile away, making it an easy walk to explore. Though a completely private residence, the house does share a lot with my personal cabin. The Alpine Den Is perfect for all occasions, from a romantic getaway to a family retreat. Located in an old growth forest near the Salmon River, nestled under a canopy of Firs and Cedars. The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. Twinberry Cabin

Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).

Private A-Frame (for 4 people) and separate studio bedroom/bathroom behind the garage (for 2 people.) Please note: the studio must be requested in advance. The A-Frame is on the edge of the Mount Hood National Forest. • Walk or drive to the Salmon River trailheads and Salmon River Slab. • 15 min to French's Dome. • 20 to 30 min to Timberline and Mount Hood Meadows, x-country and snow-shoeing at Trillium or Teacup. Escape to the Happy Fox Cabin in Rhododendron, Oregon at the base of Mt Hood in PNW! Near Government Camp and only 45 minutes from Portland airport. A fully equipped cabin with high end amenities. Unwind outside to the sounds of a running creek, or gather around the fire pit. Hike or bike on hundreds of nearby trails, ski at Timberline, Skibowl or Meadows or paddleboard and kayak at Trillium Lake. Plenty of amazing local restaurants and conveniences!

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
