Victorian North Norfolk home which has been recently renovated. The property is ideally located and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and village centre, plus a 5 minute walk to the local Tesco Express. The village offers shops, cafes, ice-cream parlour, food outlets, a pub, post office, pharmacy, green-grocers, arcades, crazy golf, children's park and skate-park. The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin OR double room, the additional sleeping arrangement is the double sofa bed in the lounge (we will provide the bedding). travel cot & highchair available on request.

The apartment has been refurbished throughout & guests have sole use of their own bedroom/lounge, shower room, kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven. washing machine located in shower room for guests to use. There is an electric panel heater in the lounge/bedroom plus an electric ‘wood burning ‘ stove The property benefits from parking with hard standing for motorbike stand

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.
The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

My lovely 1960s chalet is very close to Mundesley beach - 2 minutes to the cliff top and 5 mins down onto the beach. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.
