Conveniently located 3 min to Jungle Rapids Water park, 10 min to Wrightsville beach & 10 min to historic downtown river front! The center of Wilmington!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Come and "Retreat Yourself" at The Sausalito Retreat! Minutes to beaches, downtown, and UNCW, this home is centrally located to everything Wilmington has to offer. The Sausalito Retreat is designed for families in mind. Children and adults will enjoy the swingset, playhouse, firepit for s’mores, chalkboard wall, and game table! Beach chairs are available for use during your stay 🏖️ Fresh chocolate chip cookies await you upon your arrival 🍪.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Wilmington Beach House

Come enjoy this spacious and cozy new home in a quiet neighborhood that’s less than a 5 minute drive to Carolina Beach! Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and has a fenced-in yard so you can bring all your dogs (dogs only allowed). Immerse yourself in coastal charm & comfort at this thoughtfully designed home. Relaxation blends with beach-friendly vibes at this home, your vacation awaits!

Ranch by the Ocean

Welcome to Ranch by the Ocean—a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat that feels just like home! Nestled in a serene neighborhood along the intracoastal waterway, our getaway offers a fenced backyard, cooking supplies, laundry facilities, and beach gear. Enjoy a community dock for wildlife watching and ocean sounds. Carolina Beach is 8 minutes away, with Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington just 18 minutes away.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
