At your disposal you also have a barbecue and a kitchen with a fridge.In the summer you can relax on the patio with amazing view. The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Small Seaside Cottage - campervan friendly

This small, fun, self-contained cottage is right on the water, only 20 minutes from the centre of Stockholm/35 Meters from the train. Generally, we host sailors who participate in regattas @ KSSS or couples/small families travelling around Scandinavia in campervans who use our place as a "stop-over" to recharge/washcloths/get provisions before they hit the road. This cottage features contemporary artwork from renowned local artists. The collection changes 3 times a year, ALL artwork is for sale.

Vi hyr ut vår gästhus med tillhörande växthus beläget i Nacka med närhet till hav och sjö, 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city. Stugan är på 30 kvm med sovloft, toalett, utedusch och kokvrå. Sovloft med dubbelsäng och en mindre madrass. På nedervåningen, soffa och en madrass med sovplats för en person var. Sommartid finns möjlighet till vandring och bad i sjö och hav, vintertid till längd- och skridskoåkning i området.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

House by the Sea

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Own house with oceanview near city!

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
