Enjoy a downtown experience in one of our lovely cottages available on the brick streets of Nacogdoches. The two cottages sit side by side and were completed in October 2022. Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel. You are walking distance to the Fredonia Brewery, The Cottage Wine Bar and all that downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, and many other amenities.

Escape to nature in our 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home near Nacogdoches. This pet-friendly retreat provides a peaceful blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in seclusion, relish total privacy amid nature and wildlife. The road to Nacogdoches is mainly paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. Sleeps 4 with the full size futon in the den.

The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.
