In-Town Cottage - Walk to Shops & Restaurants!

Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor. We do not allow pets at our cottage.

Center located, spacious villa 1 mile to town

Our center island home is tucked away on a quiet lane. All major appliances are new after a comprehensive renovation. Spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and stairs leading to the 2nd floor sleeping quarters. Enjoy the grill and dining area outside on our spacious red brick patio or relax with a book under the veranda listening to the birds or crickets sing. Detached from the main house we have a garage apartment where we rent to a friendly, quiet, full-time teacher.

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

The Deck is my favorite place to hang out when the weather is great. Enjoy outdoor shower in the sun! Great location-near the airport, restaurants, parks, trails, shopping and only couple miles away from the beach. Get immersed in the beauty and serenity of the island. Back yard is great for dining, BBQs and entertaining. 1.5 miles to Straight Wharf (Down Town) Short bike ride to Surfside & Miacomet beach or Cisco Brewery and Bartlett farms-great place for lunch.
