A beautifully restored detached barn in the small village of Burland, just a short drive from the historic market town of Nantwich. The cottage is easily accessed from the main road yet at the rear looks out onto fields and is a quirky, comfortable, fully equipped barn conversion, perfect for family get-togethers. Dogs welcome too with an enclosed garden and 8-acre private field adjacent. (NB. small pet charge) Electric car Charging point with app for usage so you’ll just pay for what you use.

There are many lovely country walks and of course some fabulous country pubs. The trendy suburb of Hoole is only 15 minutes walk. Here you will find bars restaurants and shops.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.
