If you're looking for a couple's getaway, this is the ideal place/amount of space. However 3 or 4 people can very comfortably stay in the space as well. AT&T fiber internet, kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster, coffee/breakfast nook, king sized bed, the most comfortable futon you'll ever sleep on, upstairs patio, and High Def TV with cable and Amazon FireStick with HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video and ability to log in to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. This is an upstairs unit and most likely I will be at the property during your stay. You will have complete privacy should that be want you want, but I also love meeting new friendly faces. I am happy to provide recommendations and help you with your stay however I can! This property is in the Woodbine/Glencliff neighborhood of South Nashville, which has become one of city's hottest and fastest-growing areas, with tons of renovated and brand-new houses. There's also a straight shot into downtown from the area. If you are unfamiliar with the area, the way I recommend the most to get around is Uber or Lyft. Taking an Uber downtown during normal pricing will be somewhere around $7-9 and will save you a ton of headache from parking.

Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.

It is one block off a major Nashville artery, Nolensville Road, with lots of nearby restaurants and a 15-minute drive from the airport and downtown!
